Ideal Automotive & Truck Accessories

"I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Ideal Automotive. I placed an order for a topper for my truck, promised in five weeks, but it was delayed over eight. Every time I called, I was met with evasions, a hostile attitude, and defensiveness. On the day of the installation, I waited five hours with no explanation. Tim, at the front desk, was brutally rude, refused to take any responsibility, and after checking the topper, I noticed visible flaws. Tim said he had nothing to do with it and I just had to accept it as is. Though I had every right to refuse, I paid just to end the ordeal. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. No one should go through this, and I do not recommend this company to anyone."

Amazing experience! They got me in for a same-day install and everything came out perfect. Super friendly team, and TJ was especially helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I want to thank TJ for taking care of me and all my needs... there wasn't anything that I asked for that they weren't able to provide for my Wrangler and was extremely knowledgeable. Also a HUGE shout out to the gentlemen in the garage that worked on my jeep and did a super professional job. No B.S. I am very pleased with there work. I highly recommend giving them a call or stopping in. Better service than S.Flo Jeeps in my opinion.

Great, honest folks, excellent work and very fair prices! Ideal put on a set of airbags for my F150 in 2004. I've gone to them exclusively when upgrading any of my trucks since then. They just put a set of bags on my new Ram 1500, and figured after 20 years, I should acknowledge them. Great job, thanks gents!

Super staff & service. The bedliner & bar step was excellent quality & looks great with our black truck. Thank you for being so professional.

You can feel the EXCELLENT customer service from the time you open their door! Very warm, family oriented feel business. Clean, well organized shop; you get a good, relaxed browsing view of just some of the many items for sale, and then there's SO much more! They installed a metal bumper, two different light kits, running boards, rims, and big tires in the process of lifting my son's jeep. They knock the socks off of responsiveness; you don't have to remind them - they're ON IT! Quick turn around time, too; made our teenage son a very happy camper! Very honest customer service. They aim to please; every single individual working there! We were well pleased in patronizing this business.

Love this place. If you have a truck. Adding lights or wheels can only be done by someone that knows their stuff. That's this guys. I lifted my Sequoia and love how it rides now. Keep coming back for other small jobs

Great experience start to finish. Didn't up sell me stuff I didn't need. Explained what was needed and why. Very happy with my leveling kit, rims and tires. Great work done 6 months ago and i'm still rolling and smiling. This is the place to go for truck upgrades in South Florida.
